    this is the most scenic view of Legazpi i have seen… it brings back memories… i have spent one year (1972) when i was a freshman at Divine Word College that’s why i can understand and speak purong bicol. i can clearly see DWC beside the capitol building and the Calleja street (?) where i stayed somewhere… i terribly miss Legazpi (and Bulan) – i haven’t visited it for almost four decades now since leaving Bicol.
